“Why Knot” is located a short 500 yards from the white sugar sand and emerald waters of Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida. This home is located closely to the largest public beach access parking in Miramar Beach making your beach trips easy! The home’s split bedroom floor plan gives each of the 4 roomy bedrooms plenty of privacy. This cozy beach house is 1800+ square feet and has the perfect coastal feel for your vacation. 

On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with ample amounts of seating for your guests to enjoy vacation movies! The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen which boasts stainless appliances, ample counter/cabinet space, a breakfast bar and granite counter tops.  The first floor features a king bedroom equipped with a flat screen TV, closet and a shared full bathroom. On the first floor you will also find a full laundry room including a washer and dryer for your convenience. 

The second floor features two spacious king master bedrooms with flat screen TVs, dual vanities and walk-in closets. The fourth bedroom includes 2 twin over full bunks as well as a lounge area with games and a flatscreen TV. The second floor also has access to a balcony with seating perfect for your morning coffee!
