Bluewater Belle is a beautiful brand new vacation home just two blocks from the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Located in the gated community of Frangista Beach with private beach access, this brand new home has the coastal feel you are searching for. This spacious 2-story, 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation home features a private heated pool for your enjoyment. Private beach access is located on Hollywood Street to make beach trips easy! Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Designer Outlet Malls are all within a few short miles.

On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and opens up to the dining room. The living room has a large flat screen TV with multiple couches with additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie! On the first floor you will find a king bedroom with flatscreen TV’s and a private bathroom including a large shower.

The second floor features 3 king bedrooms including a flatscreen TV and a private bathroom. The fifth room features a flat screen TV, private bathroom and two twin over full bunks. The sixth bonus bunk room features a twin over twin bunk bed.

•Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
•Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to community and Crystal Beach Rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property.
